Valid passport or national ID is required at check-in for all guests
A pre-authorisation of credit card will be taken at check-in for incidentals
We welcome well-behaved dogs of up to 10 kg in designated pet-friendly rooms
Maximum one pet per room
A non-refundable pet fee of €50 per night applies
Pets must not be left unattended in rooms at any time
Pets are not permitted in the restaurant, spa, pool area, or conference rooms
Cats and other animals are not accepted
Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 08:00
We ask all guests to be mindful of noise levels in corridors and public areas at all times
Parties or gatherings in guest rooms are not permitted
Music in rooms must be kept at a level that does not disturb neighbouring guests
The hotel reserves the right to request guests to moderate noise at any time
Velaris Hotel is a non-smoking property in all indoor areas
Smoking - including e-cigarettes and vaping - is prohibited in all rooms and suites
Designated smoking areas are available on the ground floor terrace
A deep-cleaning charge of €300 will be applied to any room where smoking has occurred
Guests found smoking indoors may be asked to vacate the hotel
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival (Standard & Deluxe Rooms)
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival (Junior Suite & Suite)
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival (Penthouse & Presidential Suite)
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full first night's rate
Non-refundable rates are charged in full at time of booking
Modifications are subject to availability and may incur rate differences
Children of all ages are welcome at Velaris Hotel
Children under 12 years of age stay free when sharing a room with parents using existing bedding
Baby cots are available on request at no additional charge (subject to availability)
Extra beds for children aged 12 and above are available at €80 per night
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the spa and pool areas
A dedicated children's menu is available in our restaurant
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit and debit cards
Bank transfer is accepted for reservations of 5 nights or more, settled in advance
Cash payments in EUR are accepted at the front desk
Cryptocurrency payments are not accepted
All rates are quoted in Euro (EUR) and include applicable taxes
Invoices can be issued in any name upon request at check-in
